The Summit – Happy Valley, Hong Kong

The futuristic luxury apartment building in classy Happy Valley, Hong Kong is one of the biggest apartment complexes in the city. But it’s not only the great view onto the sea of buildings and lights. The interior decoration, using appliances by Miele, is just as great.

Opposite an endless sea of buildings is the location of Hong Kong’s most classy suburb, Happy Valley. Shaped by its affluent residents, there are international schools and excellent restaurants as well as the tradition-rich race track of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, next to numerous apartment buildings. The racetrack‘s green space right in the middle of all the magnificent skyscrapers looks bizarre, yet it is breathtaking.

The residents of “The Summit” get the box seat at the weekly horse races. As the name implies, the futuristic building by the architectural office Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man Architects & Engineers (HK) LTD is at a height of 219.8 m among the highest apartment buildings in Hong Kong and offers the residents of the 54 fabulous building units a fantastic view onto the city.

The interior decoration of “The Summit” is just as great as the view. A distinguished and classic interior decoration style combines with technical ingenuity. Each element of design and each piece of furniture breathes love for elaborate detail. An uncompromising quality standard is especially apparent in the kitchen. No fewer than seven appliances by Miele, including a gourmet grill and a gas-operated hot plate – of course to be used also with the Wok – refine the kitchen space.
